MAKING JESUS YOUR LORD

The choice to make Jesus Christ Lord and Savior is the best and most important decision anyone makes in this life. Here’s what the Bible has to say about it:

• For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16 (KJV)
• I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. – John 14:6 (KJV)
• For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. – Romans 3:23 (NLT)
• Jesus served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good—not only ours, but the whole world's.
  – 1 John 2:2 (NLT)
• If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced." – Romans 10:9-11 (NLT)
  

PRAYER TO ACCEPT JESUS AS LORD

Father God,
I come to you now, just as I am. I believe that Jesus is your Son and that you sent Him to die on the cross for my sins. I also believe that You raised Him from the Dead so that I might live. Jesus, I repent of my sins and ask you to come into my heart. Live your life in me and through me. From this day forward I belong to you. In Jesus' name. Amen.
